Healthy Weight Wellness Now

Hi everyone,

This month will be exciting. You have no idea how I’m hyped up about this NEW program I’m about to launch, and I know you’ll want to join and get excited with me about this healthy weight journey, which I’m happy to say, I’m finally starting. Join me if you can, you’ll be happy you did.

If you’re one of the brave ones who already joined me, you can once again log on to the ning site and actually get started, as below questions beg for your private and personal answers. If you know others who would want to still join us, please invite them to the network, we’ve not officially launched this yet and are just about to get outrageously healthy, loose weight (or gain it for some of you and you know who) and we’ll set the path for wellness and healing as some of you know, nutrition is all we need, our body has a fully equiped pharmacy for giving back to our body what it needs, we’ll just have to make sure we get the right kind of nutrition, summplementation and exercise and whilst you are still wondering about joining me, just go now to the badge below and set up your profile for free. Those of you who want to join will be required to take personal contact.

Some others will want to just benefit from the freee information I’ll be sharing and quite frankly, if you’re that determined that you feel you don’t need to get on the program – I tip my hat to you!

However, a considerable amount of people will be happy to have that support, the detailed information and will want to ask more questions about their personal situation. Regarding your state of health, please before you get started, consult your physiciana and be sure that we are not selling you any nutrition or dietary supplements. Anything you would like to get in addition to the program is entirely up to you and I would like you to take full responsibility.

My personal journey to a healthy weight and wellness will be recorded and I’m going to launch this program, knowing that I’m with you on the same starting point. Some of you will be tempted to give up. I urge you not to. We offer prizes at the end of the program and what they are will be shared with you at the official lauch date.

Please understand that the program cannot be offered for free, although I very much would like that. However, we’ll keep the rate reasonably low as we would like everyone to join. I feel that this is a valuable program for anyone who decides to take clear steps and implement serious changes in their life-style. Your commitment is the commitment to your own health.

You decide what your weight should be. Any changes and adjustments will happen because you allow them to happen and

in order to make these changes permanent, we support you with meridian tapping techniques and other useful tools.

So, what are some of these changes?

Some of these changes are between your ears

And I don’t mean the funny faces you make while you read this. LOL

I mean your thoughts, core beliefs about yourself, your body, your nutrition, your judgement of whether or not you’re able to reach your optimal weight, your self-love, and your love for moving your body.

Let’s face it, everyone wants to have MORE, be MORE, do MORE….

When it comes to food, everyone instantly feels that less is MORE.

Some think that it’s normal to starve so that the weight goals can sooner or later be achieved. People have yo-yoed into their ideal weight, just to find themselves back in worse overweight trouble than before.

There is no more joy in the act that nourishing yourself can actually become a pleasure, and doesn’t have to be a pain, and still allow you to loose weight, gain energy and as you exercise in the process, you shape your muscles and overall increase your health.

If you are a subscriber to Michael Morningstar’s blog, you know that he’s the expert on health and nutrition.

So what is my role in this? I’m making sure you stick to it and stay on until the end of the 21 days. No, don’t mistake me for your buddy. I’m not going to keep you accountable, I can’t go and check on every participant’s eating habits. What I can do is give you the support you need as far as questions regarding the changes you’re about to make, make available the information you need to help yourself during the process. Life will sometimes get in the way. That’s usually when people quit and say “I tried, I’m just not good at this.” or when they find very valid excuses such as “I’m big-boned and anyway, I’ll just keep some more to love on me.” Whatever your personal favorite, unless you’re willing to change your thinking, you’re not going to enjoy this program.

If you are usually saying “I’m starting tomorrow.” you know tomorrow never comes. Please contact me when you’re ready to start, as I will ask you to make a commitment to your healthy weight.

Just imagine yourself in the physical shape and condition you have always wanted to be. Visualize yourself and fix that image to the back of your mind.

Take a moment and write about your ideal body shape and healthy weight, now. Read it about three times and then post it in a prominent place. Find a positive affirmation that represents the text you wrote and highlight it or write it in large letters on a separate card that you can keep stuck to your fridge, your mirror in the bathroom, the closet in your bedroom, or simply at the entrance door, wherever you feel you’ll often look at it and keep reminding yourself.

Considering we all live life in an ever expanding universe, we feel there is nothing wrong with being larger than life.
We expand with the universe, and the more we expand, the more we are desirable, right? Is that the normal way the cookie crumbles?

Well, while we do expand with the universe (including crumbles and cookies…), we daily swim against the stream of a healthy diet. Healthy food has become a science project to integrate in our daily lives, a regular exercise plan is a chore and takes super-human physical and mental effort. We’re not even thinking about the emotional freedom we could enjoy, if only this heavy burdon would finally be off our shoulders that we’re aware of all that needs to be done but we simply don’t do it, or have not so far…

Would you allow yourself to put the joy back into enJOYing your food when you know that your body has the healthy weight it should have? If you smile now, raise your hand and say “YES!”

IF you are ready to get started on a long-term life-style change which will enable you to achieve that, then say again “Yes!” with more conviction.

If you’ve read until this line and you’re still curious about what this is all about, keep reading and get started blogging about your personal status quo and your health/weight goals.

You’re invited to write about your previous experiences, your current frustrations, your future visions, and if now is a good moment to start, then I’m happy to keep silence and let you do the “talking” to answer these questions in your blog entry on your healthy weight wellness personal blog, you’ll find it on your profile page.

In your first blog I would like you to consider the following questions:

Why are you here?

Are you happy with your overall health?

What are some of the easier changes you know you can implement without problems if you make a commitment?

What are some changes you would require and appreciate assistance with?

What are your particular likes or dislikes regarding food?

What do you perceive as an intellectual, emotional, physical, or spiritual roadblock to achieving your healthy weight?

Would you feel that you would need to gain or loose weight to reach it?

If you would need to loose weight, how much approximately would it be?

What are some of the health concerns you currently have?

What would be some of the health benefits you could see when having achieved your healthy weight?

Are you familiar with Meridian Tapping Techniques (EFT)?

If you’re not, are you interested in learning this easy and fun set of techniques in order to assist you in the process?

Have you chosen a buddy? If you have not, please find one as soon as possible, as when we start the 21 days, we would like you to feel supported and of course we would like you to have someone to keep you accountable.
