Writings on your wall…?
Posted by in Living La Vida Healthy | Matrix reImprinting | Mind exploration | NewsletterDear Healthy Reader,
Do you find yourself sometimes getting up in the morning and the first thing you do is post your status on Facebook and check the writings on your wall?
I have caught myself several times now, especially since I had been posting late, and getting up early.
I’m now going to reduce my posting there, and connect with many people on my blog in comments and by email. That way I can really find out how I can serve you better and what it is you would like me to cover. Today, a woman told me that she was unable to afford my coaching but would not mind reading about how EFT and Matrix ReImprinting can help something as serious as cancer or insomnia.
The fact that this blog is free, I was often told was a true blessing. “It has helped me find solutions I was looking for” one of my readers told me. This is great! Another one told me “I’m a lot more focused on my business” and that is just amazing. So, just reading the blog posts apparently help some of you a lot and so I decided to increase the frequency of my posting.
It also will help me to get connect with all of you amazing people out there who are just lurking and still remain in indecision about whether or not you should get started on one of my programs.
Around the world everyone is more and more aware of the great shift that is going on and those of you who have been listening to my radio show, you will be informed that this is the last week of my 7 Week VIP Program – no, I was not able to help Lindsay Lohan with it (yet) and no, Mel Gibson did not call me, but those who did participate had amaZ.I.N.G. results, nonetheless.
Maybe they are willing to come on my radio show the week after the next two weeks, when once again I’ll be interviewing one of my special guests. I won’t tell you who just yet. Just know that I have an amazing line-up of people who you should make time for to listen.
So, back to you!! If you have been in contact with me on Facebook I know you have brought to me insights in one or the other form. Thank you! I’m deeply grateful for all your “Like” clicks and comments, your Pokes and Gifts. And yes, some of the applications I simply had to block as I developed a form of Facebook ADD.
So, Facebook can be as meaningful or mindless as you choose it to be. I’m very much into exchanging thoughts and connect with everyone who wants to be part of my universe.
However, I have noticed that I have been skipping my daily routing of meditating, which normally is the first thing I do in the morning. Although I do talk a lot about how spirituality is now coming together with religion, how the Eastern philosophies have pretty much been around for ages and that new scientists today are coming to the conclusion that there was ONE Matrix which holds the blueprint of our reality. How everything seems to fit together, to me is no longer a surprise. The reality is: E=MC².
If you have seen the movie “Quantum Communication” you will know what I mean when I say that everything is in constant communication. If you have heard talks about the Unified Theory by Nassim Haramein, you will connect with me and follow my line of thought also. If you have not, please take the time and explore these two amazing resources. Do your own little research and leave me comments below.
I find it amazingly refreshing to hear your thoughts. So, here are my questions to you.
Do you spend a lot of time on Social Media?
I thought it’s about time to see how much time my readers invest in connecting there.
Also, I am wondering whether you are connected with me on Facebook or Twitter ( I post there as @SerendipityJane and @LaVidaHealthy, as well as @LifeProCoaching and @FelixLeFeroce (for my cat – yes, he is a frequent tweeter).
Are you?
I want to know whether you read my posts here or there?
When I post the link, do you click on it immediately when the email arrives in your inbox?
If you leave it there for a while because you want to save time, do you forget to get back to it?
What are your thoughts about Facebook?
Are you worried about your privacy?
Are you worried about your children on there?
Are you fearful about getting stalkers?
Are you experiencing that the world on Facebook is not a safe place?
I’m really interested in your thoughts, and would love to hear from you below in the comments section.
If you have not noticed yet, I also have a “Like” button now. So, please use it
But let’s spend some time and think about these fears… what can these writings on your wall tell you about yourself?
What would you rather place on the mental walls of yours?
Because if you have any of these fear-driven thoughts about Facebook, I’d be interested in what you feel this mental Graffiti tells you about yourself.
Does it really protect you or does it keep you from having lots of fun and from enjoying greater profits for your business?
Thanks for reading today and let’s connect on Facebook or give me a shout on Facebook if you read my post there!
All the best,
Lydia

Thanks Michael!!
Great post – yes I am a facebook geek – and love it – I have connected with more people that I normally would in a daily conversation. I think it is funny to be in wal mart or my sons ballgames an someone will say "Thanks for posting the scores on facebook I was at work or you posted so and so on facebook …" People like to communicate but do not want the effort it takes to go sit on someone porch like they used too – now you sit on your own porch and talk to literally hundreds of people around the globe daily. Great post.
Very true, people don't sit on porches anymore to come together and communicate that way but Facebook is a great "porch" to sit on and communicate with hundreds of people around the globe.
Thank you for your comment, Angela!
Thanks for the info, and updates..
For me, I have been spending a lot less time on Facebook, and I'm not sure why.
I've been spending my b2b time on Twitter.
Just keep doing what you're doing, Jane.

Wow, thanks for very thought provoking questions. Although Face Book is not one of the first things I do online in the AM, it is one of my channels of communication with my fans and friends.
I am very careful about putting private information out on my or anyone else's wall. If they request my phone number or mailing address, I direct them to my website contact me form. I agree there are unscrupulous individuals out there, and we must not be naive to think that they are looking for easy prey.
All in all, there is a time and place for all social media…I just don't allow it to consume my life or valuable time.

I agree with your thoughts.. I believe that you must work out why you are using Facebook or Twitter.. You need to analyse the time you spend on it and whether it is stealing time that can be spent on something that is productive and useful to your life. In my case I definately spend too much time BUT I do have a purpose.. to help the world one Tweet and Blog at a time. RICH :0)
Facebook either Twitter are a way for networking & communicating , it is up to you how you use it for your own good benefit !
Personally most people i admire i did know them through Twitter & Facebook , same you LYDIA ? PROUD FOR BEING MY FRIEND
But moderation is necessary in everything not only in social media field , we should know what we want from the thing we are using , is it just a distraction or it is beyond that !
Thanks June for the great post
I think a routine is important to stick with and should not include social media. Too often I have found that I wasted the entire morning on Twitter or FB when I had so many other things to do. I think it is also important to set limits. You really lead by example, Lydia by talking about your own feelings about it. I think it is great to let people know how you feel. I also agree about how important daily meditation is. For me, it is not long but how I center myself and face the day's challenges.
