Dear Conscious Co-Creator and aware being,

What makes us unique? Our consciousness, our awareness, our interpretation of what we experience as reality, and much of this is by perception of what we see, feel, see, taste, smell.

The moment you begin to identify what separates ourselves from the outside world, you will say that it is a perception of our body being separate from what we create as our environment.

Today I write to you because yesterday I found myself complaining that there was not enough time in my day. I realized quickly that there was certainly enough time. Only, the clarity of my thoughts were not always at the highest peak and I found myself searching for what I wanted to write in this blog entry. Now after having been watching the video I share with you below, suddenly it all made sense to me.

Stimulated by what David Wilcock talked about, and finding myself nodding in agreement with every video part I watched (there are 4) I felt that somehow my own theory was reflected in a much more detailed way – I would have never looked for the meaning in crop circles, to be honest… and here I found myself with these short affirmations that I want to share with you before you watch the video:

I am energy consciousness, ONE with the universe.

I’m unique & unifying. I’m from ONE source: LOVE is my identity.

I’m using my power to live life by design.

Every quantum responds to the power of my thoughts.

I’m healthy & healing.

Health is my original design.

I’m abundant and deserving.

My exterior world reflects the wealth of my interior world.

We all share our existence and enrich each other with experience.

Do you say “OK, this Law of one sounds much like the Law of Attraction nonsense of The Secret and all the UFO stuff and esoteric blahblahblah is starting to annoy me….

I felt the same some time ago. Life now took so many turns for me that insight after insight dropped on me and knowing myself, I am a sponge for information, it simply doesn’t work for me to say: I am only interested in what I see.

Too much has happened in my own life that was giving me proof that the way we think shapes our reality. Just the mere fact that you think that a universal law would not work for you seems to me somewhat presumptuous. Yes, it is quite a big statement… so, like I said before: I found myself thinking: “Lydia, who do you think you are that you’re so exceptional that the universe applies the laws only on all other humans and not on you. . . ”

I listened to the many judgments I had, the mental graffiti I had accumulated over the years. I found myself meditating on guidance and then wanting to take back control. So, at some point God was so generous and taught me the lesson of feeling totally powerless. Guess what: I had to humbly accept my mission. If I am now somewhat drifting into the mystical for you, where I used to be all quantum physics and scientific research of our brain and how it works… I’m now just humbly asking your minds to be open and to suspend judgment.

If you still think: The Law of Attraction is not working for me…. what in reality is happening is:

you’re not allowing it to help you attract what you wish to attract because deep inside of you the resistance levels are so high, and you have all sorts of negative vibes that fill your energy field, that what you attract is what you subconsciously are creating. You are not in alignment with your goals and thus block what you want in your life. This is what I found myself pondering about yesterday: rather than having thousands of new members join the Living La Vida Healthy community, and attracting them because I’m so excited about my new program to launch on 1 September, I had started “complaining”….

And although I know that complainers are plenty, I never thought of myself as one. Here is proof: I’m not perfect.

I also realized, the moment I complain I actually give away my power.

YES! You read correctly.

I caught myself and thought:

“You use something as reason to complain and feel justified in your reasoning because there are many others who think and feel the same. So, here is what I would say: Keep complaining and affirm the belief: “The Law of Attraction is not working for me.” because this will confirm your belief, or start shifting your mindset and fine tune your thoughts and emotions to allow yourself to attract what it is you want.”

What negative memories do you hold on to that pull on your energy levels today?

Somehow, I also realized, I have to share this insight with you. Because you might find yourself complaining about something that you perceive as a disadvantage in your life.

What happens when we experience traumatic events is that part of our consciousness,
our energy, or spirit, splits off and creates an energetic version of you in the field, frozen in time and space.
This holographic version of you consumes parts of the energy which then no longer is available to you NOW.

In life YOU are the script writer, director, actor, extra and audience.
Your mind movie relies on your perception and diligent editing skills to free stored energy.

Part of our consciousness, our energy, or spirit, splits off and gets stored in our field as an ECHO.
