This depends on our current level of resistance to, and how we experience these traumatic events. It is linked to cellular and genealogical memory, imprinted in our cell memory, and will determine how we react to the pain and suffering and how much of it we can tolerate at this given moment. Our psychological well being does influence how we feel in our body, and affects our health, our immunity, and our heart.

Health is maintained (or lost) by decisions we take daily, even hourly. It’s about how long we decide to sleep at night, it’s about what to eat, remembering to drink enough, and such choices can get overwhelming in the over-abundance of sometimes conflicting information that’s available, information that is unavailable, and the influx of stimuli competing for our attention.

We sometimes can get so overwhelmed that we would forget to breathe. Out heart depends on the oxygen that the blood furnishes and although our body’s systems are set out for us to not let it happen because we will eventually gasp for air, it keeps breathing for us, we face this pull and thug on our energy levels, daily. What impresses or depresses us does play a vital role on our energy.

The environment is a key factor, which studies on Epigenetics has revealed. The cells of our body tend to reduce growth in a constant state of fear. Our perception of the environment therefore impacts what we store in our cellular memory.

Making consistently the right healthy choices can get daunting when living a fast-paced life-style that is not in harmony with our own choices because of demands that are made on us, traveling and restaurant dinners, etc. We often feel as if the decisions we make are “made for us” by some superior force that doesn’t have our well-being at heart, just by the offer that’s available in regular super markets and how far you have to go out of your way to buy healthy organic foods, that have more vitality and promise to be less toxic.

Take a moment to think about your life style, and what it would take to improve your level of wellness and health. When have you last experienced something that has frightened you back to reason (and even if it only was the last time you stepped on a scale)? What brings your senses to a red alert, which indicates to you that it’s high time you do something? What does your heart and gut tell you?

Many choices and decisions we make are emotional by nature. The impact this has is mostly run by our subconscious mind, making us believe we do not have a choice because our efforts get stifled by the fact that we run into resistance. However, we always do! If we really want to deal with, and regain ownership over, our health in a balanced way, we can achieve it and it’s even easier with the guidance of an experienced health coach or holistic practitioner.

The feeling many people report when working with me is that they stopped swimming “against the current”. Some of these experiences are woven into the genetic material, the way we were raised, and just from being flooded with information makes it simply more difficult to decide what to ”take to heart”.

In today’s fast-lived world, emotional freedom, and a place of serenity seems like luxury. It doesn’t need to be. There are two types of people: Those who choose to make it a once-in-a-while luxury, on one hand, and those who make it a conscious choice and regular healthy habit to create that space of serenity. It is up to us to make health our priority number one.

A great way to get into a new healthy habit is by setting life-balance goals and implementing them daily, ensuring that all vital organs receive the supplies of energy they need so that our entire body obtains the vital force that it requires to distribute nutrients and oxygen and make life worth living.

The heart is a powerful generator of our personal bio-field. Our health and wellness depend on its functioning and most of us are not too concerned with it, when everything is pumping normally, since we consciously don’t have to make it beat. We only really take notice of it when we get out of breath easily (as it will make use notice that it is beating at a faster than normal rate), when it gets broken (in a romantic relationship that ends painfully), and unless it sends warning signals to us when stress is making demands that are too hard to handle (some take it as a gift and a second chance to make healthier choices now), and how close at heart our health matter really are is usually seen when we’re in a state of dis-ease.

The risk of something going seriously wrong with our heart is too great as to leaving it up to chance. The heart actually emits electromagnetic waves that, if we breathe into our heart, are in tune with those of the brain and form a perfect sinus curve on an EEG. The sensation we have then is serenity. We are in the “flow” or in the “zone” and the best part about it is, we don’t even have to take a plane to get there. We’re able to go there instantly, if we allow ourselves that time to make it a habit to gently breathe into coherence. It may take some practice.

While stress takes us into a fight or flight state of mind, breathing deeply has the effect that it helps us to refocus and get centered. If we make it a habit to center ourselves every morning before the start of our day, and if we send out images of serenity to be imprinted on the trillions of cells all over your body that communicate among each other that health is part of your daily practice, and onto the field surrounding us, each cell individually carries then the information that “I am at ease” is giving the message to the cells that it is safe to perform all the vital functions. Needless to say, it then is not just a great way to collect our thoughts and get centered. It is a powerful way of releasing negative stress and tension on cell level, as well as on your electromagnetic field.

Envision a relaxing smile imprinted onto every cell of your body, and that smile being sent out into the universe. You go into your day with a positive attitude, more power and focus, and once you’ve discovered that this place of serenity is rapidly and effortlessly to be reached, at the tip of your fingers, and has been within you all a long, you’ll make “ease” happen, effortlessly and nothing can shake you. You react less from a place of fear and are ready to take the day’s challenges with grace.
