Dear emotionally aware readers,
I’m back with musings about health, life in general, and life in particular. I very much enjoyed this time. Mind you, I have not been away, just silent.
Silence is a good way of communicating when you want to hear what your intuition is telling you. So, it’s not been without good reason that I’ve been away.
I find it delightful to be away from social media and the virtual world of the internet, for a bit. When you’re highly sensitive, you know what I mean.
And if you’re perceptive like me, you also firmly believe in the power of the universe, and that it always places in front of you challenges that teach you exactly what you need to learn that will equip you for life, relationships, your profession, or prepare you for other events. When things happen to you, you can relate to others who are going through similar situations in an even more profound way. It makes you become of even greater service to your children, partners, family, friends, clients, your environment, etc.
I am happy to say that regardless of how very useful and instructive challenges are, and everyone has them, it is not always easy to not let negative emotions run your show.
When I started writing “The L.O.V.E. Process” which now is starting to take shape (347 pages for now), I tought it’s just a matter of sitting down, writing it and then that’s it. Learning about what it takes to write a real book now feel different and some frustrations are real, some are not. Especially those you know you’re causing yourself because you add pressure to your day which you would not have if you were not such an A-type.
So, patience is on my “to learn” list and it’s hopefully soon that I will make my own book available to you (keep that intent!).
But before you can read it and learn about all I have to say about The L.O.V.E. Process (L.O.V.E. stands for Letting go – Opening up – Victory (not victim) – Emerge beyond your comfort zone), I am making sure you do not miss out on a book that will show you exactly how you can liberate yourself from negative emotion right now. Get two, one for yourself and one for someone you might dislike but know is struggling with negative emotions also – BE the change and see what happens. This person might surprise you!
As you know, I define E.M.O.T.I.O.N. as “The energy that motivates and organizes time and inspiration to outcomes naturally.” Please note that I did not say that all of these outcomes are naturally positive.
“What to do when you are NOT in a positive state of mind?” you might ask. “What to do when others’ negative emotions are hijacking your energetic sense of self and drain you so much that you need to lay down and sleep to recover?” Read on….
