Dear fellow peace-loving life explorer,

In a world in which believing in God leads to persecution or broken marriages, in which politics don’t seem to inspire to greatness anymore, the planet suffers from anxiety, depression and indifference.

Just recently I posted on Twitter that love and hate cannot coexist. Someone was of the opinion that it can. What do you think?
I sure hope this gets a little discussion going, and that many of you will comment below.

Here is what I mean… when I say M.I.N.D. since it is an acronym that helps combat stress:

MEDITATE

INTENT

NEVILLIZE

DREAM

These are 4 powerful methods that can shift your focus and bring you back to a resourceful state of mind, very quickly.
The aim is here to not let negative emotion rule you. These techniques center and ground you, and help you return to your creative balance that finds solutions.

And when I say that love and hate cannot coexist, what I mean is this: They are both intense states of mind but one is focusing on the negatives, the other on the positive things you experience. Both exist at different moments in time, perhaps, however you would be quite unusual a being if you could feel love and hate at the same moment about the same thing. It does require a different set of thoughts, both are emotionally triggering a different set of actions and they simply are on extreme opposites of the emotional scale.
If someone is “in love” this person is incapable of feeling hatred for the object of his love. Would it not be a welcome change to see the masses “in love” rather than “in-different” or anxious and depressed?

Once gloom and doom is reigning your daily affairs and directs your choices, these choices will not reflect the full spectrum of options. These actions won’t represent the spirit of courage. They reflect a tendency to “play it safe”. Your courage can only return when fear is dissolved into nothing but a bad memory. And even that memory we could work on, energetically cutting strings that may have once kept a negative emotion in place, since it had kept you safe but where you now realize it is hindering you, keeping you in limbo, a void, and indecisiveness. Do we allow that these times keep shrinking our potential?

The pioneering minds in history always faced ridicule and opposition. They still dared to go where others wouldn’t.

Their personalities considered winning their only option.

They were not playing it safe but wrote history. Their legacy is their eternal record of courage and honor.

This world is hero-deficient, and if you see coaches crop up from all sides, it is because someone like me inspired them to become these inspiring minds that no longer need excuses to hide behind but who now go and over-deliver, giving their hearts to their purpose, and their minds to a good cause. Their business becomes their dream come true.

And whilst I do not want to start name-dropping, which I find a bad habit other bloggers have, just to get Google more interested in their blog. I do want to shine this spotlight on all my former and current clients who have made it their goal to go after their dreams, overcome blockages, and stretch their consciousness and mindset above and beyond what they thought possible prior to getting started on their personal human potential development journey. In the book “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho, the treasure was right at the starting point. Some go through life and never find theirs. Some of those who went to find their treasures are single-mothers, amaZ.I.N.G. women who started their business, regardless of economic down times. Some were already in business but felt they could do much better if they were able to manage their inner game, and align their actions with their goals by clearing their energy and staying on track with lazer focus. Others had been physically and psychologically very challenged because their emotional state had over time caused them physical pain and limited them in their range of motion, ability to work, and stay on target financially. Many of them have never felt better after only few sessions and were so relieved that finally someone was there to provide a space where they safely were able to let go of these emotional blockages, which had incapacitated them for years.

These are just some examples of my hero-clients who went ahead and did what they knew, they had to do in order to get out of a rut, a painful former life, a stress-intense lifestyle or sickening and dull job.

I read yesterday in this article by Deepak Chopra concerning “Prozac for the planet (the plus side of unhappiness)” in which he made a few good points about the way that people feel incredibly fearful and that today’s leadership, instead of being a source of inspiration, is giving people the feeling that it needs “fixing”. My clients know they are more powerful than this. They KNOW they have the power to change, and that this change is their response of staying in a playful dance with life, growing with the flow.

Chopra writes that …

There is a plus side to unhappiness, however. When you face fear, you can choose to get out of fear. When confronted with a crisis, you can learn to cope better. When you have less in the way of material advantages, you can discover that happiness and comfort aren’t the same thing.

So in case you’re somewhere between gloom and doom right now, and you’re not quite sure how to find that switch to flip for your emotional lightness to return, I’d like to just remind you that peace is within you once you allowed yourself to “let go”.

Granted, in this world peace may seem to be out of your hands when it comes to world events and global politics. However, if everyone would choose peace within, and inspire others to seek the same, would it not soon become a reality even in war-torn areas? If suddenly there was not more reason to fight for because you knew that there was always enough for everyone? What if you finally saw the power you truly hold in your mind and heart to create your own reality. What if you consciously created a space of peace within you, daily practicing to keep this your sanctuary of serenity?

Are you aware of your own power?

If you are just not so sure about it, I’m going to remind you of the power you possess to achieve this peace within.

There are a few mindset rules, the “10 principles for peace of mind” that I’d like to highlight for you.

1. M.I.N.D. your own business and don’t busybody in the business of others UNLESS they ASK your help support or opinion.

2. Be slow to anger and quick to forgive, yourself included, and even those who regularly test your patience.

3. Keep an open heart, do everything with all your heart and for the fun of it, not for the fame it can give you.

4. Let go of jealous bouts, do not compare yourself with others, and work on releasing the feelings of “being less than” others.

5. Change YOURSELF, don’t try to change others. Always remain flexible and adapt to a new environment.

6. Endure what cannot be cured right away but always BELIEVE in a cure, even if hope seems lost, it never is unless you decide it is.

7. Be reasonable with what you take on and be kind, patient and compassionate with yourself.

8. Meditate regularly as part of a daily EmoDetox, energy clearing, and your MindSpa routine.

9. Always feed your mind and heart with joyful images, positive messages, and love-inspired feelings of gratitude.

10. Become the J.(e).D.I. of your progress rather than procrastinate which only leads to frustration and regrets.

(J.(e).D.I. stands for “Just “effin” Do It!” – yep, I get stuff done this way! ;-)

I do not know many of you personally enough to know the essence of your being but I wish for you to come to know yourselves in all, qualities and limitations.

Especially when there are obstacles to tackle, may you be reminded that you always have a choice and are able to face challenges head on. Aim straight for the solution rather than giving away your power on a long way of contrast and resistance.

If you need help, come out of denial and ASK for help. It is not a trait of weakness, it is an opportunity you give someone to show they care.

I also wish for you, wherever you are, that you keep an open mind – sometimes the things you see are changed just by the way you look at them (if I can quote Dr. Wayne Dyer loosely).

Remember: Your time and your mind are your most precious possessions. Using them in your favor can take you anywhere you desire.

Be on guard for how wide you keep your M.I.N.D. open. Think of it as your parachute: it really is only useful when it’s fully opened, and here is why that is so important. I wish you all a safe landing, wherever you want to go. Just know that you do have access to ALL your knowledge, and your ability to find solutions is optimized when you come out of the fear-response.

In any circumstance, and whatever you believe in, know that it is YOUR paradigm at this time in space.

You may or may not agree, may or may not judge, may or may not win a battle. But all is in your hands, and either you allow enriching exchange or you limit your growth by refusing the help you receive to get to know all you are to the full extent of reality.

Reality is the observer and observed, in a ONEdrous entanglement. We all are entwined in existence and see images from pairs of 7 billion + eyes + its infinite interpretations. May you reach the understanding granted for you in whatever level of consciousness you are.

Accept yourself and others, to the fullest of your capacity.

Realize that you are an unlimited being with limiting beliefs, and that the eternal principle in you is seeking perfection as a standard set in your design but perfection is not the goal, getting started is.

IF you allow peace to rule your microcosm, peace becomes visible in all you create.

This is all that matters and everything else is the human experience.

I hope this was helpful, and now my wish for you is PEACE of mind, and love in your heart and every cell of your being.

Serendipitously,
