Today is 28 February 2009 and I’m 2 months into this new year, not feeling the “crisis” although I hear of it a lot. Are you tired of it? I surely am. So here is what I would like you to do:

Breathe deeply

Drink lots of water

Set a date to start fasting

Detox your body

Do regular exercise
